Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of your item being delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging attached.

• You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or confirmation email).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

• Not what you ordered

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please return the original for a refund and place a new order separately.

• It has been worn, washed, or altered

• Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
